Guidelines
Please read the guidelines before the hackathon starts.
- Registration: 8:30 AM - 8:45 AM (Teams should arrive on time.)
- Laptop Requirement: Teams must bring their own laptops.
- Idea Pitching: More detailed Topic details will be provided on the spot at 9:00 AM.
- First Round Evaluation: The evaluation will be carried out by the FOSS CSE Techincal Team from 11:00 AM to 01:30 PM.
- Selection for Next Round: The top 7 teams will be selected to proceed to the next round, which starts at 02:00 PM (30 Minutes for PPT Preparation). First Round Evaluation Results will be announced by 01:45 PM.
- Presentation Format: Each team is allowed to present their ideas with the help of a PowerPoint presentation in round 2.
- Time Management: Effective time management is crucial for all presentations.
- Refreshments: Refreshments will be provided during the hackathon. Participants can go out for lunch after the first round evaluation and return by 01:45 PM.
Prizes
Winners will be announced at the end of the hackathon.
